For Cactus Kitchen, a vegetarian food startup redefining everyday plant-based cooking, we provided schematic design for a new food market concept embedded within an existing supermarket. The goal was to meet customers where they already shop and shift perceptions around accessible, nourishing vegetarian food. We worked closely with their head chef to co-design a space that reflected both their culinary ethos and operational needs. As an early-stage company with a strategic budget, they needed design that doubled as business development—we provided materials that supported internal modeling and external fundraising efforts. This is a core example of our approach: offering design services that are not only spatial, but also catalytic for young, mission-driven ventures.
